On vacation, had an issue pop up that I couldn't diagnose. Brock said to come by. He stopped what he was doing, and went above and beyond what he needed to in order to diagnose. He couldn't quite get it, so researched it after hours to find out what it might be. Called me back that night and squeezed me in the following day to get me back on the road. He never even asked to be paid for the time to diagnose (well over an hour) even though I paid him anyway. You don't find that very often these days. He's old-school, I highly, highly recommend.
My car was spilling out oil, after getting towed to Brock's Auto he was able to diagnose that it was coming from a hole in my oil hose. We had to wait for a part to ship, and after the shipper's truck breaking down the delivery was running very late but I needed to get home. Brock stayed until the part came later that evening, got it all repaired and I was finally on my way home.
